Recently, the China National Institute of Standardization released the list of 2024 enterprise standard "forerunners". Among them, Carpoly was awarded the title of 2024 National Enterprise Standard "Forerunner" for its enterprise standard of *Solvent-Free Polyurethane Floor Coatings*.

        The enterprise standard "forerunner" is jointly launched by eight ministries and commissions including the State Administration for Market Regulation and the National Development and Reform Commission. It refers to enterprises whose core indicators of product or service standards are at a leading level. Through the guidance of high-level standards, this system aims to increase the supply of medium and high-end products and services, promote high-quality development, and plays an important role in deepening standardization reform, promoting economic transformation, advancing supply-side structural reform, and cultivating innovative enterprises. The standards of the enterprises selected this time have reached the domestic and even international leading level in core indicators.

        The product rated as the enterprise standard "forerunner" this time is solvent-free polyurethane floor coating, which is a new generation of bio-based solvent-free polyurethane floor coating launched by Carpoly in 2023.

        This product fills the technical gap in the industry. It not only breaks through many limitations of polyurethane, achieves the goals of thin coating of topcoat and more appropriate time, but also is more green and environmentally friendly. The product has passed the certification of BETA Laboratory in the United States, with a bio-based content of more than 55%. Using bio-based as raw material, it pioneers solvent-free bio-based floors, which is of epoch-making significance. All indicators are not only far higher than the national standards, but also meet or exceed international standards.
