From July 26 to 27, 2025, the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) appointed an audit team consisting of 3 external audit experts to conduct a three-in-one review (CNAS expansion + change + re-accreditation review) on the Testing Center of Carpoly Coatings Group Co., Ltd. With the full support of the company and the joint efforts of all staff in the center, based on adequate preparation and the solid testing skills of the center, it successfully passed this three-in-one review of the laboratory, and the accredited testing capabilities have been further expanded.

       In order to expand the scope of inspection capabilities as soon as possible and better serve the company's business needs, the Testing Center deployed proficiency testing for new product standards and new inspection methods at the end of 2024, promptly submitted an application for expansion + change to CNAS, and strengthened communication with the CNAS project leader, striving to conduct the review on weekends without affecting the testing work. At the same time, it established contact with the on-site review experts to assist in completing the preliminary work, and did a good job in confirming inspection capabilities, expanding projects and improving relevant materials.

       The on-site tests arranged this time involved 20 samples and 47 items. To ensure the review work was completed as scheduled, all staff of the center were on duty to accept the assessment. Within two days, they completed the on-site inspection of all assessment samples and issued original records and inspection reports.

       During this review, the review team experts conducted a detailed review of the center's management manual, 37 procedure documents, 256 operation documents, and a series of record forms; technically confirmed 3 product standards and 6 method standards applied for expansion, and 3 product standards for change; and spoke highly of the center's system documents, technical capabilities, management level, staff quality and team spirit.

       The successful passing of this review not only enhances Carpoly's influence in the industry, provides a solid guarantee for the business development of the Testing Center in the second half of the year, but also lays the foundation for the next step of expanding projects for new coating standards.
