Full Decoration Division: Focus on Overcoming Challenges, Dual-Drive, Comprehensive Transformation

       The Full Decoration Products Division overcame difficulties, maintained a stable and positive operation in the first half of the year, continued to outperform the market and peers, made breakthroughs in sales volume, profit, and personnel efficiency, and achieved remarkable results in cost reduction and efficiency improvement. With the theme of "Focus on Overcoming Challenges, Dual-Drive, Comprehensive Transformation", the mid-year meeting clarified that in the second half of the year, it will continue to strengthen the leading position of the two core projects of art coatings and retail exterior walls, accelerate the implementation of transformation, and focus on improving team collaboration efficiency to fully ensure the 100% achievement of the annual sales target.

Furniture Paint Division: Breakthrough · Win

       The mid-year meeting of the Furniture Paint Division, with the theme of "Breakthrough · Win", focused on the product strategy of "one high and one fast, strengthen the middle", and focused on breakthroughs in new projects such as high-end customization series, water-based/UV coatings. The meeting not only in-depth analyzed the characteristics of new products and the key points of new national standards, but also demonstrated the ability to solve customer pain points through practical cases. What is particularly striking is the forward-looking research on the 2026-2027 international top luxury color trends and the exploration of cultural integration, which provides a direction for seizing the high-end market. At the same time, it will strengthen equipment application training, open up the entire "coating + equipment" chain, and strive to transform technological breakthroughs into a sharp weapon for market success.

       The Ink Division continued its excellent growth momentum in the complex environment of the first half of the year, showing the team spirit of "upwards and forwards".
